Cancellation questions
Is cancelling always free?
Cancelling right after booking is free. A fee can apply once a driver has already travelled towards you, because that time is real.
The driver never moved. Am I still charged?
Report it from the ride. A cancellation fee is not meant to cover a driver who never set off.
