The ride PIN
A short code shown in your app that you give the driver at pickup.
Why it exists
A PIN answers one question: is this the right vehicle and the right passenger. The driver cannot start the trip without it, so a mix-up is caught at the kerb.

In the app, on the ride screen, once a driver has accepted.
The driver started without it. Is that normal?
No. Report the ride from the app so support can look at it.
Can I share it before pickup?
Give it to the driver at the vehicle, not over the phone before it arrives.
